We need your help! Our St. Anthony Conference is in its early formation stage but would like to have the company of a few more “Good Samaritans.”
We are a group of Catholic lay men and women, from all walks of life, who come together in friendship, love and spirituality to provide service to the poor and needy in our local communities. No form of charity is foreign to the Society. It includes any form of help that alleviates suffering or deprivation and promotes human dignity and personal integrity in all their dimensions. Through over 4400 local Conferences in the United States the Society serves those in need regardless of creed, ethnic or social background, health, gender, or political opinions. “For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, a stranger and you welcomed me, naked and you clothed me, ill and you cared for me, in prison and you visited me.” Matthew 25:35-36
If you also feel God’s call to serve, we meet in the Faith Development Center every first and third Tuesday of the month and would love to have the pleasure of your company.
“Let us love God, but let it be with the work of our hands and the sweat of our brows.” ~Saint Vincent de Paul
